No. ProbeScope Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes all minor updates within the purchased version. Team and Enterprise are annual subscriptions that include ongoing updates during the subscription period.
A seat is one person licensed to run ProbeScope Pro or Team. ProbeScope Pro covers up to 3 seats, ProbeScope Team covers up to 20 seats. Enterprise is unlimited.
Organizations with more than 1,000 employees, or annual revenue exceeding EUR 10 million, are required to license ProbeScope Enterprise under our EULA - regardless of how many hosts or seats they actually use. This is a licensing condition, not just a recommendation.
No. A single organization can't combine multiple ProbeScope Pro or Team licenses to cover usage that exceeds what one license provides. If your organization's monitoring needs exceed a single Team license, ProbeScope Enterprise is the correct tier - see our EULA for details.
The ProbeScope Free tier is intended for personal, non-commercial use - local development, experimentation, homelabs, and lightweight monitoring. Commercial use requires at least a ProbeScope Pro license.
